The naturopathic approach can include nutrition advice, stress management, lifestyle improvements; nutritional and herbal supplement, herbal medicines and pathology testing as needed.
Through naturopathic practice, I will assess the whole you, not just your symptoms, taking into account lifestyle factors such as diet, work-life balance, medication and exercise. And by getting to the root of the cause of sub-optimal or poor health, I can help you to re-establish balance and good health.
